What's next?
After the identification process and final viewing by their next-of-kin, each funeral will be processed and managed according to their respective religion under strict procedures.

Bereavement Care
Nirvana’s bereavement care service team will head to the hospital to collect the remains which will then be delivered to the crematorium for cremation or to the memorial park for burial. The whole process will be conducted in a highly professional manner and in compliance with Health Ministry guidelines.

Columbarium niches and burial plots
If no pre-planning was done beforehand, we will assist you and family members to select your preferred Nirvana Memorial Park location of the columbarium niche or burial plot.

Peace of mind
Nirvana Asia Group was entrusted by the Health Ministry in compliance with overall safety standards to professionally handle the final rites of a patient who died of Covid-19. Although the victim’s next-of-kin were not allowed to participate in the process, Nirvana’s bereavement care team assured both family members and the Health Ministry that the case would be treated with utmost professionalism.
